Online Counselling, Relationship and Sex Therapy
By gaining insight into how significant relationships and events have shaped your feelings, communication, and actions, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy will help untangle the emotional knots that have been holding you back.
Since 2006 I have worked with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, emotional distress and sexual concerns. My approach is warm and thoughtful, while also gently challenging you to explore aspects of yourself that may have felt out of reach. I work online and in person.
I don't believe lasting change comes from quick fixes, AI or advice alone. It comes from understanding yourself more deeply. Therapy puts words to feelings that might otherwise remain painful, confusing or unresolved. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before you begin. If something no longer feels right that's enough.
If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to get in touch. An initial consultation gives us the opportunity to think together about what has brought you here and whether I am the right therapist for you. You don't need to know exactly where to begin. We can begin there together.

You can discuss anything, including what might otherwise feel taboo. I have particular experience of working with the following issues;
-
Problems in relationships (Sex, Fidelity, Conflict)
-
Low Sexual Desire "Cant be bothered"
-
Sexual desire discrepancy between partners
-
Sexual Anxiety
-
Erectile Dysfunction
-
Interest in kink, fetish and non-monogamous relationship models
-
A lack of self love or self compassion
-
A difficulty in trusting others
-
Feeling irritated frustrated or angry
-
Thoughts that can't be got rid of
-
Self-Sabotage when in relationships
-
Male on male, and female on male sexual abuse
-
Problematic use of the internet
-
Fear of failure
I can help you to improve your sex life
Sex therapy is a specialised form of counseling that’s designed to help treat sexual issues. Depending on your specific problem, sex therapy might involve learning more about your sexual health and needs as an individual, overcoming anxiety or nervousness about sex, improving the level of intimacy with your partner or many other things. There’s no official list of problems that sex therapy can “solve” and that’s mainly because sex therapy isn’t really about your symptoms — it’s about what’s causing those symptoms. By focusing on the underlying causes, sex therapy can definitely address symptoms that you’re having.
