Psychodynamic Therapy, also known as insight-oriented therapy, focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in a person's present behavior. The goals of psychodynamic therapy are to gain  self-awareness and understand the influence of the past on present behaviour.

Person Centred Therapy is based on the theory and philosophy of Dr Carl Rogers.

It is a non-directive approach and believes in the potential and ability to make the right choices for yourself, regardless of the therapist's own values, beliefs and ideas. The approach is accepting, empathic and authentic

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. .CBT aims to help people become aware of when they make negative interpretations, and of behavioral patterns which reinforce the distorted thinking. Cognitive therapy helps people to develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving which aims to reduce psychological distress.

Adlerian Therapy The main goal of Adlerian therapy is to help people feel comfortable and confident in their own communities and society in general. To this end, Adlerian therapy focuses on a person's feelings of anxiety and inferiority to examine that person's sense of belonging.
